eVA Browser Compatibility

eVA requires specific Java and application capabilities not supported by all browsers.

To insure that the system performs properly, users are only allowed to access eVA using one of the following browsers:
 

 SETTINGS:

Browser Settings

 -  Enable:
  • All cookies
  • Java Virtual Machine
  • JavaScript
  • 128-bit encryption
1. Turn off all Pop-up Blockers (Tell me how IE)
2. Set Security section to "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" (Tell me how IE)
3. Set your browser to check for newer version of pages every time (Tell me how IE)
