Problems downloading attachments using Internet Explorer
1.	Click Tools on the Menu bar
2.	Click on Internet Options
3.	Click on the Advanced tab
4.	Scroll down to the Security section and uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages to disk
5.	Click on Apply button
6.	Click the OK button
