For State Agencies Only: This contract is the result
of a competitive bid program and its use is mandatory
for all State Agencies.
Exception - Minimum Amount:
Any state Agency/Public Body whose annual usage of
Propane does not exceed $2,000.00 annually may opt out
of using this Contract. Any State Agency/Public Body
using less than $2,000.00 annually is encouraged to use
the Commonwealths Small Purchase Charge Card to pay for
the Propane.
For political subdivisions: You will need to
register and set up an eVA account in order to buy from
these contracts.
