If the user does not have the
order manager role listed, you will need to add this role to
change the permissions they assigned for credit card access. You
may do so by following these steps:

Login to Ariba as the admin
user at http://supplier.ariba.com |

Click on Users link under
Administration from the left hand menu. |

Check the box next to the
user you wish to update and click the Edit button below. |

This brings up the user’s details.
Select the radio button for the Order Manager role and click
Save. You can now change this user’s ability to see credit card
information in Ariba using these
instructions to manage
roles. |
